Help with a paintingKeep your iPhone and compatible TV on the same network, then approve the pairing request on the TV.
Connection checklistNew paintings use credits. Exporting, displaying, and rotating paintings you already saved do not.
Payment and credit helpLearn the difference between removing a saved painting, service-held content, and your app account.
Privacy and deletion helpPainted In is currently in private beta for iPhone. A public App Store release date has not been announced, and this website is not accepting purchases or waitlist submissions.
If you already have an invitation, follow its installation instructions. If your build has expired or you need help accessing the beta, use the contact that provided your invitation.
You can leave the app and return later. Reopen Painted In and check the existing creation before starting another. Generation can take several minutes, and optional notifications are not required to retrieve your result.
A technical failure does not consume a creation allowance. In the current beta, “Try again” on a terminally failed job checks the same request; it does not create a new painting. Use Discard failed creation, return to your painting and subjects, and review the creation details before starting a new request.
Use the included redo with the same source painting and subjects. Add a short, specific correction. If the redo still has a problem, open the painting’s support report and explain what went wrong. Attach only the images you want reviewed.
Reports are reviewed manually. Approved quality remedies add one creation allowance, displayed as 5 credits. A report does not automatically result in a credit, and a creation can receive at most one approved remedy.
We are still validating supported Frame models and firmware during beta. Compatibility with every model is not promised. Apple Shortcuts execution and widget refresh depend on iOS conditions; the widget shows the last artwork the app confirmed, not a live view of the TV.
Painted In is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Samsung.
Public credit sales are being prepared. Where a signed beta build supports test purchases, it may use Apple’s sandbox and testing allowances rather than a live charge.
If a purchase is pending or a balance has not refreshed, reopen the app, confirm you are signed into the same app account, and use the account or purchase retry control. Do not buy the same pack again just to refresh an earlier purchase.
Apple processes App Store payments. To request a monetary refund for an eligible App Store transaction, follow Apple’s refund instructions. An in-app quality remedy is a creation credit, not a refund of money.
See the credit terms for information about included redos and using saved artwork.
You choose the photos used for a creation. Creating a painting sends the selected photos, subject names, and instructions to our generation service and OpenAI. Read the Privacy Policy for the full data flow and current retention.
During beta, deleting a saved painting or profile in the app removes its local library record and any configured synced library record. It does not yet remove every backend copy or delete the purchasing account. Signing out is also not account deletion.
For questions or requests about service-held content, use your private-beta contact. Include the relevant creation or support-report identifier when available. Do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, payment-card details, or extra photos unless they are needed and you choose to share them.
If these steps do not help, contact the person or channel that provided your beta invitation. For a painting-quality issue, the app’s support report is the most useful starting point because it keeps your report connected to the creation.
Public support opens with the public release. We’ll publish the support address here before launch. This website does not send messages or collect support requests.
When reporting a problem, include what you were trying to do, what happened, your app and iOS versions, and your TV model if relevant. Share only the information needed to investigate.
